While we strive to keep plan information accurate and up to date, prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time. Users should always confirm details directly with the carrier.

Cellulo does not guarantee savings, coverage quality, or service performance. Final service terms are determined by the carrier.

Cellulo is not liable for any losses, charges, or disputes arising from switching carriers or selecting a plan.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date. eSIMs with recorded usage are not eligible for a refund. If approved, refunds are issued minus any applicable payment processing fees. Once an eSIM has been installed on a device, it is tied to that device and cannot be transferred, regardless of whether it has been activated.
